Women's Health Equity · Femhealth Distribution & Innovation

"Eden Laurin is the co-founder of women's wellbeing brand Nyssa and EL Distro, a women's health distribution network placing curated femhealth and postpartum care products into OB/GYN offices, birthing centers, and fertility clinics. A multi-patented innovator in women's health with firsthand experience in product development, clinical market access, and the systemic barriers facing femhealth brands, Eden writes and speaks on women's health equity, distribution infrastructure, and what it actually takes to get better products to the women who need them."

Eden Laurin has spent years at the intersection of women's health innovation and the brutal reality of getting those innovations to market. As a co-founder of Nyssa, an award-winning postpartum care brand, she experienced firsthand what it means to build a product that works and then fight every broken system in the supply chain to get it in front of the women who need it.

After surveying 120+ OBGYNs, midwives, private practice administrators, and patient coordinators, Eden found that 100% wanted better products for their patients, and nearly all of them couldn't access them. The practitioners were ready. The patients were desperate. The founders were building. But the bridge was broken.

That discovery led her to pivot from brand founder to infrastructure builder, launching EL Distro: a women's health distribution network and fractional support platform designed to get innovative femhealth products into the clinical settings where they have the highest impact. Eden writes and speaks on women's health equity, the femhealth distribution gap, and the practical work of building the infrastructure this industry should have had decades ago.
